Tracy Sentenced for Trespass

On December 15, 2023, Terance Albert Tracy, received a sentence of 90 days incarceration from Judge Mark S. Chandlee of the Calvert County Circuit Court. Tracy was convicted in November of criminal trespass at the Calvert County Health Department. As a condition of supervised probation, Judge Chandlee ordered Tracy not to return to the Health Department unless he has a medical condition that could not be treated elsewhere in the State of Maryland.
