Hynson Sentenced for Vehicular Manslaughter

Calvert County State’s Attorney Robert Harvey announced that Christopher Morgan Hynson, 34, of Saint Leonard, was sentenced on January 24, 2022 for the crime of vehicular manslaughter.  Hynson received a sentence of 10 years incarceration to be followed by 5 years of supervised probation.

 

State’s Attorney Harvey wishes to extend his deepest sympathies to the families of Gerard Fragman and Jessica Brady both of whom were tragically killed in a motor vehicle crash caused by Hynson on May 14, 2020.  He also wishes to commend Corporal Bortchevsky and the Calvert County Crash Reconstruction Team for their efforts in the investigation of this matter.  The case was prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorney Christopher J. Monte.
