Brown Sentenced for Bank Robbery

On February 8, 2024, Jemel Anthony Brown, of Washington, DC, was sentenced to 32 years of active incarceration to be served at the Department of Corrections for his role in the May 2023 robbery of the M&T Bank in Dunkirk.  The sentence was imposed by Calvert County Circuit Court Judge Mark W. Carmean.

 

This case was prosecuted by Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Christopher J. Monte.
