Calvert Adult Treatment Court Graduation

On Thursday, July 24, 2025, the Calvert County Adult Treatment Court (Drug Court) celebrated its 10th anniversary and graduated 6 individuals from the program.  The 6 graduates spent a minimum of 18 months in the program, underwent weekly drug testing and substance abuse counselling, and left the program with at least 6 months of sobriety.

Since its inception in 2015, 230 individuals have graduated from the Treatment Court program.  Participants have performed over 6,200 hours of community service, primarily through Farming 4 Hunger at Serenity Farm in Benedict, MD.

The Treatment Court is administered by Circuit Court Judge Mark S. Chandlee and is supported by State’s Attorney Robert Harvey and Sheriff Ricky Cox.
